Joe Simpson decided to fold like a cheap, stylish suit in his DUI case by pleading no contest.
Joe's lawyer, Shawn Holley, snuck into an L.A. court Tuesday, days before the scheduled date to enter the plea.
Under the deal, Joe will NOT go to jail, but he'll be placed on 3 years probation. Jessica's dad will also be fined and he must attend an alcohol education class.
